Recreational Programs
Our recreational gymnastics program offers levels for the first-timer all the way up to the most advanced gymnast. Classes are offered for boys and girls ages 5 and older.
Girls Kinder Kids
Girls ages 5-6
These classes focus on skills while emphasizing strength, gymnastics technique and presentation on all four Olympic events; floor, vault, balance beam, and uneven bars, plus trampoline.
Beginner Girls
Girls ages 7 and older
No previous gymnastics experience needed. This class will introduce basic gymnastics skill and technique as well as strength on all events, including vault uneven bars, beam and floor.
Advanced Beginner Girls
Invitation only ages 7 and up
This class is for those that have some gymnastics or dance experience and have been introduced to some basic gymnastic skills.
Intermediate Girls
Invitation only
This class builds on what they have learned from Beginner and Advanced Beginner classes.
Advanced Girls
Invitation only
This 90 minute class utilizes team equipment and focuses on learning & mastering skills needed for a competitive team.
Boys Gymnastics
Boys Preschool, Beginner and Boys Rec
Boys Preschool (age 4). Boys Beginner (ages 5-6). Boys Rec (ages 7 and up).
